Instructions for Submitting Abstracts

Authors are invited to submit abstracts to be considered for posters at the Eighth Annual Chicago Supportive Oncology Conference

Posters can only be submitted by registered attendees.

Please use the Abstract Form and Disclosure Form, and complete the payment form as appropriate. Please save your copy of the completed form using the corresponding author’s last name and a two-word description of the abstract.

Submit your completed form to J.Oncology@elsevier.com as an email attachment by July 15, 2012. Please put CSOC2012-Abstract in the subject line of your e-mail. The body of your e-mail should include the corresponding author’s last name and phone number, the date, and the title of the abstract.

Acknowledgement and Notification: The acknowledgement of receipt shall be returned to the presenting author. Notification of acceptance or refusal for presentation will follow after the poster has been peer reviewed. Acceptance is at the discretion of the Chair and Co-Chairs.

Industry-Sponsored Abstracts: The fee for submitting industry-sponsored abstracts is $250 per abstract.
