TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The registration fee covers attendance at the meeting, coffee breaks, exhibits, and satellite symposia. Registrants please note that attendance at the meeting gives Elsevier permission to use photos of the conference on Elsevier Web sites.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrants who do not cancel according to the following guidelines will forfeit all registration fees. You must write, e-mail, or fax your cancellation request. There is a cancellation fee of $100 for registrants for cancellations received on or before December 15, 2010. There is a registration cancellation fee of 50% of your registration rate for cancellations received after December 15, 2010. There are no refunds for cancellations after January 20, 2011. "No shows" are not eligible for refunds. Registration refunds will be processed within 60 days of the meeting.

We encourage participation by all individuals. If you have any special needs, advance notification will help us better serve you. Please e-mail us at least 3 weeks in advance of the conference.
